Faye Archibald (she/her) is the founder and operator of Rubix Rehabilitation Consulting Ltd. With over 20 years of extensive experience in the Rehabilitation and Disability Management sector, Faye is recognized for her expertise in behavioural activation, return-to-work strategies, and conflict management. She holds a Master of Arts degree, focusing on human nature, metaphysics, and age-related disabilities, which underpins her deep understanding of the complexities of human behaviour and recovery. Known for her authenticity, adaptability, and ethical approach, Faye excels at working with diverse and challenging populations. Her intuitive nature and commitment to collaborative solutions have made her a trusted partner to clients and accounts alike.​​

Faye is a seasoned professional with deep expertise in behavioural activation, conflict management, and return-to-work solutions. She specializes in age-related disabilities, human nature, and behaviour, offering comprehensive support tailored to individuals’ recovery and career transitions.

Faye is a Certified Vocational Rehabilitation Professional (CVRP) and holds certifications in Transferable Skills Analysis (TSA) and Return to Work Disability Management (RTWDM), accredited through the College of Vocational Rehabilitation Professionals. These certifications reflect her commitment to providing expert vocational guidance and support.

She holds a Master of Arts degree, focusing on age-related disabilities, human nature, and behaviour. This advanced academic background equips Faye with a unique, informed perspective on the challenges faced by individuals with disabilities as they navigate vocational rehabilitation and career planning.
